Walter F. Beck Jr., 87, passed away on March 21, 2013. He is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Georgia Sturkey Beck, children; Linda (Joel) Stewart, Don (Marion) Beck, Steve Beck, Janis (Pat) Taylor and Philip (Amy) Beck, 10 grandchildren, and 2great-grandchildren, 3 siblings; Ida Browning, and Bobby Beck and Billy Beck. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Visitation will be on Monday, March 25 from 9-10am with a funeral at 10am at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 3700 N. Germantown Rd and burial to follow at Memphis Memory Gardens, 6444 Raleigh LaGrange.
