

Angelia is survived by her two children, Chad (Kari) Snyder of Mapleton and Alexis Vaughan of Washington; four grandchildren, Logan Zimmerman, Easton Snyder, Gauge Snyder, and Kaycen Vaughan; two sisters, Stephanie (Tim) Martens of Knoxville, Tennessee and Leslie Aten of Groveland; one brother, Thomas (Tracy) Nasses of Peoria; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Al Snyder; brother, Chris Nasses III; brother-in-law, Patrick Aten; and nephew, Todd Nicholson.
She graduated from the OSF College of Nursing in 2002 with her BSN.
Angelia last worked as a registered nurse for Methodist Medical Center in Peoria, retiring in 2018 after 20 years.
She was of the Catholic faith. Angelia loved to renovate and remodel her home, sew, draw, cook, bake, and visit "Topaz" the horse. She especially loved spending time with her family, attending her grandkids sporting events and ballet recitals.
Angelia's graveside service will be at 10:00 am Tuesday, May 30, 2023 at the Lutheran Cemetery in Peoria. Deacon Mark Guy will officiate. There will be no visitation. Davison-Fulton Bartonville Chapel is handling the arrangements. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Vaughan Education Fund at CEFCU for Angelia's grandchildren.
