Charles Edward Faw

He was preceded in death by his infant daughter Amanda Kathlene, parents Frank and Tilly Faw, Bothers Don(Betty) Faw and Frank(Sylvia) Faw, Sisters Rosie(Bill) Hornsby, Mary Lou(Ed) Koskosky, and Betty(Ray) Katchmar.

He is survived by his wife Becky Faw. His children Jacob(Andrea) Faw, Noah(Erin) Faw, and Mary(John) McDonough; As well as 8 grandchildren.

Chuck was a graduate of Bradley University, and was well traveled having been to Hawaii, Spain, France, Africa, and Belgium. He was a Lieutenant for Peoria Police Department for 29 years. He was head of security for ICC's Campus Police, and was Chief of police in Farmington for a short time. Among the many jobs he held aside from his time with the police he enjoyed Roto-tilling and cutting firewood for many years.

He loved tinkering with cars and made many fond memories with his family in the garage. Charles also coached little league, building the diamond at Keller School in Peoria and starting Hawk agency little league team.

Memorials may be made out to Bethany Baptist Church in Edwards.

A memorial visitation will be held on Saturday January 10th at 2pm with a service to follow at 3pm at Davison-Fulton Bartonville Chapel.
