Donna M. Gray

Born May 19, 1935 in Peoria, Illinois to Jesse and Dorothy (Sturgis) White. She married Donald Gray on February 9, 1952 in Edwards, Illinois. He preceded her in death on October 26, 2003. Her parents, one brother and one sister also preceded her in death.

Surviving are five sons, Donald (Anna) Gray Jr. of Bellevue, Mike (Elaine) Gray, Dennis (Amy) Gray both Bartonville, Scott (Brenda) Gray of Peoria and Mark (Kim) Gray of Boody, IL. Also surviving are nine grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, one brother, Patrick White of Peoria and several nieces and nephews.

Donna worked as a Activities Aide for over 25 years years at Bel-Wood Nursing Home in Peoria before retiring. She was an avid Cardinal, Viking and NASCAR fan. She enjoyed going to all the big races with her husband, camping and traveling.

The family would like to thank the 4th floor nursing staff at Proctor Hospital for taking care of Donna during her stay.

A visitation will be held on Sunday, November 18, 2012 from 4 to 7 pm at Davison-Fulton Bartonville Chapel. A service will be 10:00 am, on Monday, November 19, 2012 at the Funeral Home. Burial will follow the service at Smithville Cemetery in Smithville.
