Jimmy was born on June 17, 1993, in Peoria, Illinois and was the son of James (Micki) Modlin and Dawn Modlin.
He was a proud Union Carpenter for Local 237. He enjoyed watching Nascar races with his dad, camping, fishing, hunting, four-wheeling, riding his snowmobile and working on anything with an engine.
Remaining to cherish Jimmy's memories are his parents, his sister Elizabeth (Austin) Smith, his four children (James, Riley, Macey, and Miley), aunts, uncles, grandparents, and cousins.
Preceding Jimmy in death are several family members and his best friend Kyle.
Visitation will be held Thursday, May 8, 2025 from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. at Davison-Fulton Bartonville Chapel. Funeral services will be held Friday, May 9, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. also at Davison-Fulton Bartonville Chapel. Services will conclude with burial at Resurrection Cemetery immediately following the funeral service.
