Janice Annette Draper

Mrs. Draper was born June 21, 1947, in Weyburn, Saskatchewan, Canada, to the late Harold Isely and Mabel Wickey Isely. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Nancy Marie Draper.

Janice Draper worked as a podiatry assistant for nearly 20 years. The remainder of her career was spent as the Office Manager at the Allstate Agency with her husband. She was active in the Church of God, was an avid volunteer in the Children’s Church, and was a part of the Ladies Trio. She had an incredible singing voice that she maintained until the end.

She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Donald E. Draper; her daughters, Deborah Draper Thur, Gastonia, NC, Deana Williams (Thomas), Clover, SC, and Cindy Braun (Stan), Kamloops, British Columbia, Canada; her grandchildren, Jacob Roberts, Benjamin Roberts, Elizabeth Bukovsky, and Christopher Williams; her sisters Karen Adams, Bernice Bourassa, and Marilyn Schafer; and her brothers, Douglas Isely and William Isely.

Cremation arrangements were entrusted to the M.L. Ford & Sons Funeral Home in Clover, South Carolina.

Janice's memorial service will be at 10:00 am Saturday, July 8, 2023 at the Davison-Fulton Bartonville Chapel. Rev. Ray Draper will officiate. Her memorial visitation will be from 9:00 am to 10:00 am also on Saturday at the funeral chapel. Inurnment will take place in Smithville Cemetery in rural Hanna City.
