She was born on August 12, 1938 in Peoria to the late Earl and Beatrice Mohn. She married Albert Stevens and he preceded her in death along with 2 step-children. She is survived by her children, Bob Mohn of Plymouth, IN, Teresa (Rodney) Lyons of Peoria and Kelly (Robert) Oary of Peoria; step-daughter, Marie Underwood; nine grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; dear friend and caregiver, Mark Clendenen; and her beloved dog, Jack. She will be missed by all.
Private graveside services will be held.
Burial will be in Lutheran Cemetery.
