He was born June 2, 1965 in Canada to Norman and Phyllis (Kramer) Eddy. They preceded him in death.
Survivors include one brother, Michael Eddy of Bloomington, and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Funeral services will be Thursday Feb. 4, 2016 at 2 p.m. at the Davison-Fulton Bartonville Chapel. Visitation will be one hour prior to the services.
Burial will be in Smithville Cemetery.
