She was born January 18, 1932, in Peoria, to William and Elsie (Cook) Decker.
Mary retired from Limestone Township, as township secretary, after a career of 33 years in 1992.
She enjoyed cooking, spending time with her family, bird watching, and meeting her friends for coffee at the Hog Trough in Hanna City. After retirement, she traveled extensively with Dick, enjoying well over a dozen cruises. Together they retired to Lake of the Ozarks before returning to the Peoria area. She was a loving caregiver who took great care of her husbands, and family.
Preceding her in death were her parents; husbands, Robert “Bob” Williams, and Dick “Dickie” Quick; son, David Williams; and half-brother, Bill Richards.
She is survived by her daughter, Cindy (Jim) Pardieck; daughter-in-law, Rita Williams; grandchildren, Matt (Lindsey Robbins) Pardieck, and Brenna (Brian) Skauge; great-grandchildren, Hayley, Henry, Gage, and Dean.
Graveside services will be held at 2PM, Monday, May 22, 2023, at St. John Lutheran Cemetery. Memorials may be made to St. Jude. Words of comfort may be shared at www.Davison-Fulton-BartonvilleChapel.com.
