He was born in Peoria on September 26, 1953 to Frederick and Beverly (Baxter) Harms. They survive along with one brother Greg (Michelle) Harms ; one sister Victoria (John) Graham; two sons Clay and Casey Richardson; adopted daughter Eden Harms, and several Aunts and Uncles, Cousins, and Nieces and Nephews. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, one brother Frederick Harms, Jr., a nephew Frederick Harms III, and aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Cremation has been accorded. A Memorial Service will be held at 10 AM on Friday, January 27, 2017 at Davison-Fulton Bartonville Chapel. Rev. Jack Thompson will officiate. A visitation will be held for one hour prior to the services at the funeral home. Burial of ashes will be in Lutheran Cemetery.
