William Spanky---(Little Rascals) Blair Chaney

He was born on May 3, 1944 in Loudon, TN to Willis and Artie Lou Axley Chaney.

Bill married Charlotte Lucille Decker on October 13, 1965 in Lenoir, TN.

Bill was a U.S. Army veteran and was employed by the Greater Peoria Airport for thirty-three years. He enjoyed coin collecting, music and was a NASCAR fan.

Bill loved spending time with his kids and grandkids. He was a loving husband and father and will be greatly missed.

He is survived by his wife of forty-five years, Charlotte, his son: Charles A. (Kindra) Chaney of Cleveland, TN; his daughter: Donna S. Hearn of Bartonville, his grandchildren: Hallie and Alexis Chaney and Bradley R. Chaney, two sisters: Elvia Presley of Philadelphia, TN and Linda (Leon) Robinson of Norfolk, VA.

Bill was preceded in death by his parents, twin sons, Jerry Wayne and Terry Lynn Chaney, four brothers and one sister.

Funeral services for Bill will be at 10:00A.M Friday, July 2, 2010 at Davison-Fulton Bartonville Chapel.

Visitation will be from 5:00P.M.until 7:00P.M Thursday, July 1 at the funeral home.

Burial will be in Parkview Cemetery in Peoria.
