Cynthia Marie Hagwood

Cynthia Hagwood, 60, formerly of Martinsville died Sunday, December 17, 2017 at Wake Forest Baptist Hospital in Winston Salem. NC. She was born in Martinsville, Virginia November 8, 1957 to the late James and Pauline Joyce. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her ex-husband and the father of her two children, Herman Hagwood. She is survived by a daughter, Stephanie Nichole Penn of Axton, VA; son, Corey Thomas Hagwood; two sisters, Debra Ann and Brenda Lee Davidson, mother Jennie Lee Davidson; and grandchildren, Nytera Kelis Penn, Leonna Nyrie Penn, Samayiah Ariel Payne, & Cayden Thomas Hagwood. Visitation will be held from 1:30 Friday, December 22nd at McKee-Stone in Martinsville, Virginia. A memorial service will begin at 2:00 p.m. Arrangements under the direction of Collins-McKee-Stone Funeral Services, Martinsville, Virginia.
