Emma Jean Williams

Emma Jean Williams, 67, of Fieldale, Virginia, passed away on Thursday, March 17, 2016 at her residence. She was born in Grenada, Mississippi on April 22, 1948 to Odell Tyler, Sr. and Ruth Mae Williams Tyler. Emma was retired as a Manager from Bojangles.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Avent Williams and Geneva Fulse.

She is survived by her husband, Julian S. Williams of the home; her son, Anthony L. Glenn and his wife, Teresa of New Hampshire; her siblings, Haywood Tyler, Sr. of Boston, MA, Vernon Tyler of Nashua, NH, Roger Tyler of Wilmington, NC, Delores Tyler of Randolph, MA, Levorne Tyler of Boston, MA, Odell Tyler of Revere, MA, Shirley Tyler of Nashua, NH, Carol Tyler of Nashua, NH, Jimmy Tyler of Nashua, NH, Donnie Tyler of Manchester, NH, Ronnie Tyler of Colorado, James Tyler of Boston, MA, Bobby Tyler of Lynn, MA and Dickie Marlo Tyler and three grandchildren, Torey Brank, Anthony Glenn, Jr. and Maxwell Ernst.

The funeral service will be held Wednesday, March 23, 2016 at 11:00 AM at Collins Funeral Home Bassett Chapel with Rev. Charles Whitfield officiating. The family will receive friends 30 minutes prior to service. Burial will be private.
