Scott was born in Roanoke, Va on May 30, 1983 to the late Lenny Watkins and the late Cathy Ashby, he was also preceded by his step-father Davy Ashby.
Scott is survived by his sister, Whitney Mitchell, (Will) his son, Zayden Forbes, nephew, Kalib Hale, niece, Kaylee Hale and a special cousin, Katie Overstreet.
Growing up in Roanoke, Scott also enjoyed many years in Franklin County. He was a skilled artist, mastering black and white portraits, and enjoyed showing his love with his talent. He will be remembered as head-strong and soft-hearted to those who knew him.
