Carole “Joyce” Davis, age 80, passed away on June 8, 2016. Carole was born October 20, 1935 in Sacramento, CA, but later moved to Phoenix, AZ when she was a young child. She enjoyed crocheting doilies, loved cats, horses, the T.V show, “The Walking Dead” and watching movies. Carole was preceded in death by her son, Thomas R. Davis Jr and her parents, Charles and Matilda Rogers. She is survived by her children, Frances M. Davis and Robert J. Davis; grandchildren: Bobby Kemp Jr and spouse Crystal, James Kelly Jr, Joshua Ervin and Justin Ervin and great grandchildren Bobby and Layla Kemp.
Services are scheduled for Saturday, June 18, 2016 at 3:00 p.m. at Marrs-Jones-Newby Funeral Home.
