Doris Helen Thornton Whisenhunt

Doris was proceeded in death by her husband L.B. Whisenhunt and her parents Benjamin and Mable, four brothers and one sister.

Doris is survived by her sons; James Whisenhunt and wife Sandra, David Whisenhunt, Ricky Whisenhunt and wife Mildred. Daughter; Connie Whisenhunt, Judy Woodworth and husband Jerry. She is also survived by one brother, William Thornton and wife Betty, along with 11 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews and other loving family members and friends.

Visitation for Doris is Tuesday, October 25, 2011 from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at Marrs Jones Newby Funeral Home Chapel.

Funeral Services are Wednesday, October 26, 2011 at 2:00 P.M. at Marrs Jones Newby Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow at the Oak Hill Cemetery in McDade, Texas.
