He was preceded in death by his father, John C. Weiss.
Matthew is survived by his Bride, Dianna Weiss, his mother, Elaine, five daughters, Sheila, Tracy, Mary, Brandi, Leeanna,
step-daughter, Allianna, six grandsons, one sister and 3 brothers.
A gathering of family and friends was held from 6:00pm to 8:00pm with a rosary at 7:00pm on Tuesday, August 18, 2015 at Marrs-Jones-Newby Funeral Home in Bastrop, Texas.
A graveside service to celebrate Matthew’s life was held 10:00am Wednesday, August 19, 2015 at Fairview Cemetery in Bastrop, Texas.
