She is survived by her children-Glenn Burton (wife Cherie Burton), Mary Burton Marsh & Freddie Burton Jr.; grandchildren- Eric Burton (wife Heather Burton), Jeremy Burton (wife Darla Burton), Kimberly Broussard (husband Garrett Broussard), Brant Guidry, Hayden Burton & Cade Burton (wife Abby Burton); great grandchildren- Nathan Burton, Cadence Burton, Alyssa Broussard, Patrick Broussard, Adrian Burton, Reed Burton, Ethan Harper and Everleigh Burton; siblings--Lydia Credeur, Scurdy Courville, Leonard Courville & Marie Lou Williams.
She was preceded in death by her husband--Fred Maurice Burton, Sr.; parents--Israel Courville and Mercedes Leger-Courville from Sunset; brothers: Jeston Courville & Elie Courville; and sisters: Neita Leger & Elmie Fontenot.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation on Thursday, March 6, 2025 from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Greenoaks Funeral Home, 9595 Florida Blvd., with a funeral service to follow at 2:00 p.m. Burial will follow at Greenoaks Memorial Park.
