She is survived by her five children, Laurie Goff (Randy), Amy Strange (Pat), Michael Brennan (Joanna), Jill Sherman (Josh), and Brian Allen (Lindsey); 12 grandchildren, Paige Dole (Grant), Kelly Goff, Todd and Matthew Strange, Molly and Olivia Brennan, Allie, Sam, and Max Sherman, and Maci, Claire and Davis Allen; father, Albert Smith (Gretta); and her two siblings, Diane Nameth (Bill) and David Smith (Jeannie). She is preceded in death by her husbands, Alonzo M. (“A.M.”) Allen, III and James M. Brennan; mother, Dorothy Smith; and her brother, Douglas Smith. Barbara was a devoted and loving mother and grandmother and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
A visitation will be held at Greenoaks Funeral Home on Monday, September 25, 2023 from 5 pm until 7 pm and will continue on Tuesday, September 26, 2023 from 8:30 am until funeral service at 9:30 am.
