Barbara Persick Kiper

Babara Persick Kiper, 69, a native of Baton Rouge and a resident of Greenwell Springs went to be with her Lord on Thursday, June 12, 2014 while surrounded at her home by family and friends. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother and will be greatly missed. An excellent cook, Barbara was a member of the Tole Painting Society and Covenant Community Church. She is survived by her husband of 52 years Bobby Joe Kiper; daughters: Debra Kiper, and Sherri Kiper Braddock and husband Gueth; grandchildren: Deane’e Lavergne and husband Danny, Cindell Sims and husband Davis, Eric Wagley, Claire Tinkler, Trey Wesley, Amanda Robin and husband Chad, Sarah Lee and husband Max, Chandler Tinkler, and Brooke Wagley; 7 great grandchildren; brother Billy Persick and wife Pat and their son Chris Persick; sister-in-law Totsie Roberts and her children: Toni Kessler, Mark Roberts, Terri Rochester, and Micha Roberts. She is preceded in death by her parents Walter and Maxine Persick; daughter Karen Kiper Wesley, and granddaughter Casey Kiper.
