Bessie Louise Trichel Johnson

Bessie Louise Trichel Johnson, a native of Campti and a resident of Baton Rouge, passed away on Thursday, October 16, 2025, at the age of 78, surrounded by family. She loved painting and music. She loved her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandson. She will be dearly missed by all. She is survived by her children, Stephannie Campbell (David), Kathy Frederick (Larry), Christopher Johnson, Lori Anne Johnson; grandchildren, Myles Legg (Chrissy), Zachary Legg; great-grandson, Tobias Legg; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Lester Johnson; her children, Mark Wayne Johnson, Amy Carol Johnson; parents, Alton Trichel and Isabelle Bynog Trichel; siblings, Herman Trichel, Alton Trichel, Jr. Visitation will be held at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East (11000 Florida Blvd, Baton Rouge, LA) on Saturday, November 1, 2025, from 2pm until service at 4pm.
