Billy Gene Parker Jr., a native and resident of Baton Rouge, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 5, 2011, at the age of 38 after a lengthy illness. He is survived by his brother, William Hebert Jr.; his two sisters, Laurie Crawford and Shirley Bedwell; brother-in-law, Mike Briley; nieces and nephews, Amber Crawford, Nathan Campbell, Jhy Bedwell and Cameron and Hunter Hebert. Preceded in death by his mother, Dianne Vaughan; grandmother, Mary Vaughan; and grandfather, Gilbert Eugene Vaughan. Billy loved playing pool and fishing.
