

Bonnie Jean McNally Luker, born on December 23, 1934, in Louisville, Kentucky, passed away peacefully on January 4, 2025, at her home in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Bonnie was known for her beautiful and classy demeanor, her quick wit, and her ability to light up any room with her laughter. Bonnie had a passion for card games and enjoyed listening to any good tune. She also loved cheering on her LSU Tigers on Saturday, and the New Orleans Saints on Sunday.
For nearly 30 years, she served as the vice president of Sarah Coventry, showcasing her love for fashion and jewelry. Later, she joined the Belle of Baton Rouge as pit boss where she managed the tables and poker room until her retirement in her early 70's.
Bonnie cherished her time spent with family above all else. She was a proud mother to six sons and one daughter. She is survived by her children Rick Davis Sr, Robert "Bobby" Luker Jr, Randy Luker (Bridget), Rusty Luker, Elaine Luker Daniels, and Kevin Luker (Angie). She was also a devoted grandmother to 16 grandchildren, a loving great-grandmother to 26, and a proud great-great-grandmother to 2 little ones.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Gladys McNally, her two brothers, Sonny and Denny McNally, her husband, Robert "Bob" Luker Sr, and her son, Tommy Davis.
Services will be held at Greenoaks Funeral Home, 9595 Florida Blvd Baton Rouge, LA 70815. Visitation will be held Sunday, January 12, 2025 4:00-8:00pm. Visitation will continue on Monday, January 13, 2025 12:00-2:00pm with a funeral service and burial to follow.
Pallbearers are Bobby Luker, Rusty Luker, Kevin Luker, Cory Luker, Joseph Luker, and Zachary Luker-Stewart. Honorary pallbearers are Rick Davis Sr, Randy Luker, and John Luker.
The family would like to extend great gratitude to her wonderful caregivers, as well as Gentiva Hospice for their remarkable care.
Bonnie will be remembered for her warmth, humor, and the love she generously shared with all who knew her. She leaves behind a legacy of family and cherished memories that will be held close to the hearts of those she loved.
