He was an avid follower of LSU sports, especially baseball and enjoyed a trip to the 2000 College World Series to watch the Tigers win the national championship. He had looked with great anticipation to enjoying the upcoming season in the new Alex Box stadium. He will watch the games from an even better place. Bruce is survived by his mother, Mrs. Ethel Peters; and his sister, Meredith Peters, of Las Vegas. He is also survived by his good friend and soul mate, Jane LaCour. He was preceded in death by his father, Mr. Walter Peters.
