A homemaker and a native and resident of Baton Rouge, she died Wednesday, Sept. 21, 2011. She was 73. Visiting at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East, 11000 Florida Blvd., on Friday, Sept. 23, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Visiting at St. Jean Vianney Catholic Church, on Saturday, Sept. 24, from noon until Mass of Christian Burial at 1 p.m., with the Rev. Tom Ranzino, celebrant. Burial in Greenoaks Memorial Park. She is survived by her husband, O.J. "Buddy" Lassard Jr.; daughters, Lisa Papcsy and Connie Ardoin; daughter-in-law, Tammie Lassard; son, Stephen Lassard; son-in-law, Robert "Bob" Papcsy; brother, Howard Lively; stepbrother, David Caston; and 11 grandchildren, Leigh and Robert Papcsy, Zachary Ardoin, Shelbi Cline, and Alyssa, Travis, Ashlynn, Amanda, Emily, Brianna and Jessica Lassard. She was preceded in death by brothers, Eloite and Lindsey Lively; sister, Margaret Davis; and parents, Lindsey Carey Lively and Zula Idell Miller Lively Caston. Pallbearers will be Lee Laurent, Charles Latiolais, Robert Papcsy, Zachary Ardoin, Danny Davis and Michael Lively. Honorary pallbearer is Travis Lassard. >
