Carolyn Boyett Stroud passed away at her home Tuesday, November 17, 2015 at the age of 76. She was a native of Olla, LA and a resident of Baton Rouge. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She is survived by her daughters; Tonna Stroud Croft and Chasity Lynne Stroud, sons; Stephen Stroud and wife Gretchen and Steen Stroud and wife Shirley, grandchildren; Michele Stroud McLin and husband Dustin, grandsons; Jeremy Lane Stroud and Alex Michael Stroud, great-granddaughter; Rylee Elizabeth McLin. She was preceded in death by her husband; Aaron Eugene Stroud, parents; Sam and Alice Webb Boyett, brother; Carl Eugene Boyett, son-in-law; Ricky Croft and an uncle; Luther Webb. Visitation will be Friday, November 20, 2015 at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East 11000 Florida Blvd starting at 10:00am until dismissal at 12:00pm. There will be a graveside service at Greenoaks Memorial Park at 12:30pm following the visitation. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Amedisys Home Health and Hospice.
