A 2013 Graduate of Glen Oaks High School, a native and resident of Baton Rouge, Louisiana passed away on September 6, 2016 at the age of 25. Visiting at Greenoaks Funeral Home from 9:00 a.m., Saturday, September 17, 2016 until religious services at 11:00 a.m., conducted by the Rev. Dale Flowers and the Rev. Gregory Coates. Interment in the Greenoaks Memorial Park. He leaves to cherish his memory his father Carlos Bailey, Sr.; mother Alicia Bailey; three brothers Carlos Jr. and Chadrick Bailey, and Nicholas Banks.; step-mother Sefera Bailey; one step-sister Falana Givens; five step-brothers D’Andre and Jaquan Givens; Ray, Charles, and Raquan Moore; two grandmothers Patricia Bailey and Orelie Coates; two aunts Christy Matthews (O’Neal) and Tanga Coates; three uncles Shannon Bailey, Leroy Brisco (Penny), and Gregory Coates (Alisha), and numerous other relatives and friends.
