ELLIS, CLAYTON WADE "CLAY"Clay was 59, a native of Baton Rouge and U.S. Navy Veteran. He died Monday, January 25, 2016 at his home. Clay was known for his professional interior painting, some of which were showcased in popular home magazines of the south. He was a loving husband to Sharon A. Ellis who predeceased him. He is survived by his daughter, Devon E. Broussard and husband Jay; son, James Ellis and granddaughter Astrid. Mother, Sandra L. Boyle and Stepfather, Thomas, Sister, Beth Ellis Bouchard and husband Ron of Auroa, CO, Sister, Camellia Ellis Pomares of MS, Brother, Jeff B. Ellis and wife Susan of Waco, TX; Father in law, Edmund Tylenda. He was preceded in death by his father, Gayle B. Ellis and Mother in law, Donnis Tylenda. Visitation from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East, 11000 Florida Blvd., Saturday, January 30, 2016, the Memorial Service will follow visitation.
