A native of Baton Rouge and resident of Walker, she died Sunday, March 10 at her residence. She was 66 years of age. Visiting at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East,. 11000 Florida Blvd. on Tuesday from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p. m. and on Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. until the religious service at 11:00 a.m. conducted by the Rev. Gerrit Dawson. Interment in Greenoaks Memorial Park. She is survived by her husband Wayland F. Adams, 2 sons: Johnny Adams and wife Laurie and Jeremy Adams; a daughter, Tammy Dixon and husband Damon, 5 grandchildren, Joshua and Heather Dixon Torres, Marie Kemp Miller, Will and Laura Beth Adams; 4 great-grandchildren, Destinie Dixon, Braiden Torres, Erin Miller and George Miller. Preceded in death by her parents Harold and Geneveive Harvey and a daughter, Terri Kay Kemp.
