On July, 10th, 2013, GOD called David Allan Creasy home to heaven... David, a long time former resident of Baton Rouge, a resident of Gonzales and a native of South Bend, IN. Passed away Wednesday, July 10th 2013 at the age of 57. He was the owner and operator of Gulf South Chlorination Services. Visitation will be Saturday, July 13th, 2013 at Greenoaks Funeral Home 9595 Florida Blvd. from 8:30am til service time at 10am. Interment will follow at Greenoaks Memorial Park. He is survived by his wife of 29 years, Barbara "BJ" Butler Creasy, mother, Ruby Creasy Vincent, stepfather, John M. Vincent, son Terry Lane Creasy, sisters, Nancy Creasy Keirnan and brother in law Sgt. Major Bruce A. Keirnan, USMC retired, Linda Creasy Frazier and brother in law Charles E. Frazier, sisters in law, Stephanie Creasy, Sunny Bonaventure, brother in law George Butler and numerous nieces and nephews. David was preceded in death by father J.B. Creasy, brothers Terry Lane and Larry B. Creasy.
