A resident of Baton Rouge and a native of Saginaw, MI, Dona passed away January 16, 2016 at The Care Center. She was 87. She is survived by her siblings, Leonard Simpson, and wife, Cathy and Doris Sisson, and husband, Jim; daughters, Jane Halabi, and husband Emile, Linda Carter, and Rebecca Carter; four grandchildren, six great grandchildren.
