Donny Joseph Gauthreaux passed away on Tuesday, June 24, 2025, at the age of 52. Donny was born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, to his loving parents, the late Thomas Sr. & Elaine Gauthreaux. Donny graduated from Glen Oaks High School and went on to attend ITI Technical College for Electrical Instrumentation.
From a young age, Donny enjoyed hunting with his dad and brother, playing basketball, attending family functions and taking family trips to California. Over the years, Donny developed a great interest in cooking, enjoyed watching movies and taking in the beauty of the Rocky Mountains in Colorado.
He is preceded in death by his brother, John Gauthreaux; sister, Michelle Duffy; father, Thomas B.
Gauthreaux, Sr.; and mother, Elaine B. Gauthreaux. He is survived by brother, Thomas B. Gauthreaux, Jr. and wife Debra; niece, Taylor Duffy; nephews, Landon and Jacob Gauthreaux, and Adam White; as well as a host of loving aunts, uncles, cousins, great nieces and nephews.
