"Dot" passed away Thursday, May 14, 2009. She was 95, a native of Melville and a resident of Baton Rouge, where she was a loving mother and wife. Survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Kenneth and Becky Johnston, of Baker; grandchildren, Brian and Emily Johnston; nieces, Janice Caston, Marilyn Kelly and Claire White; and friends, Sally Heirsch and Brad Simoneaux. Preceded in death by her husband, Howard Johnston; and parents, Claude and Mary White Landry. Visitation at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East, 11000 Florida Blvd., on Wednesday, May 20, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Thursday from 10 a.m. until service at 11 a.m. Burial in Resthaven Gardens of Memory.
