Edward Stanley Holley passed away on Wednesday, July 5, 2017, at the age of 47. He was a native and life-time resident of Baton Rouge, LA. Ed was a graduate of Broadmoor High School and was a big Buccaneer fan forever. Ed was a loving son, brother and true friend. He never met a stranger and his kind heart was evident to many and his spirit was contagious. He loved his family, friends and the best dog ever, “O.J.” He is survived by his parents, Mike and Billie Anne Holley; brothers, Devin and wife, Linda and Miles and wife, Melissa; sister, Tracie LaCour and husband, Ovide; 19 nieces and nephews and numerous aunts and uncles. Ed is preceded in death by his grandparents, John Lester and Marion Miles, Rowland and Lucille Holley. Visitation will be held at Greenoaks Funeral Home, 9595 Florida Blvd., Baton Rouge, LA, on Tuesday, July 11, 2017, from 10:00AM until time of funeral services at 12:00PM. Burial will immediately follow at Greenoaks Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be Devin and Miles Holley, Ovide and Michael LaCour, Jake Patin and Bryan Stock.
