Ethan Walters

Ethan Patrick Walters passed away on Wednesday, June 17, 2015 at the age of 18. He profoundly touched everyone he met and those he did not. As Pastor Mike Haimon said, “He was loved by so many.” One of his best accomplishments was being the best at “being” Ethan. He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Candace and Shane Kelly; sister, Kate Marie Kelly; grandparents, Barbara and Jim Walters, Penelope Keating, Mark Keating, Bruce Campbell and wife, Mena, and Linda Ward and husband, Trey; aunts, Jaime d’Halluin and Stacey Sutton; and many loving great-aunt Sylvia and cousins. Ethan was preceded in death by his father, Patrick Walters; great-grandparents, Marie and Clarence Mitchell; and great-aunt, Barbara Wall. Visitation will be held at Greenoaks Funeral Home on Saturday, June 20, 2015 from 8:30 a.m. until Funeral Service at 10 a.m. Interment will follow on the grounds of Greenoaks Memorial Park. The family is thankful for the Cornelia de Lange Syndrome Foundation, all of Ethan’s doctors, Dr. Chris Funes and his nurses, and his teachers throughout his special education classes.
