Ewing Craig Chapman, Jr., a native of Bogalusa and resident of Denham Springs, passed away Friday December 18, 2015 at the age of 90. Ewing was retired from Stauffer Chemical Company and was a veteran of the U.S. Navy. Visitation will be at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East, 11000 Florida Blvd. on Monday, December 21, 2015 from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm. Visitation will continue on Tuesday, December 22, 2015, at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Denham Springs from 9:00 am until Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am. Burial will follow at Resthaven Gardens of Memory. Mr. Chapman is survived by three daughters a son-in-law, Mary Kirkpatrick; Kay and Greg Brignac; and Becky Ehrhardt; two sons, Michael Chapman and Timothy Chapman, Sr.; seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren and a sister, Marie Gaudin. Preceded in death by his wife, Fay Chapman, daughter, Cynthia Fontenot, parents, Ewing Craig Chapman, Sr. and Philomene Hernandez Chapman, two brothers and two sisters. The family wishes to express their sincere appreciation to Hospice of Notre Dame for the loving care given Mr. Chapman.
