Ezekiel Alexander Aull was a beautiful boy who lived up to his name. He was truly a God-strengthened warrior. Born with Trisomy 21, hydrops fetalis, double pleural effusions, and many other health challenges, Ezekiel fought hard for thirty-one days and continuously defied the odds. He was one of the strongest people we knew as he endured and fought through things that would have made adults quit. We were blessed to get to love him here on Earth for thirty-one wonderful days. We would not trade those days for the world. Ezekiel had people praying for him all over the world, from the United States to Indonesia. Since his birth, we have been informed of how Ezekiel’s story challenged friends, family, and strangers to pursue God, pray more boldly and fervently during his short life than before. Many NICU doctors and nurses have told of Ezekiel’s lasting impact on how they will go about their job. He was an image bearer of Christ, bringing people closer to God and touching everyone who knew or knew of him. We feel so privileged and blessed to be his mom and dad. We will carry on his legacy and memory for the rest of our lives. Ezekiel Alexander Aull will not be forgotten. The funeral service will be at Stevendale Baptist Church,16545 Old Hammond Hwy., Baton Rouge, LA, on Saturday, February 1, 2025, at 10:30am.
