Garrett Joseph Corban, passed away on Saturday, October 8, 2016 as a result of a work accident at the age of 32. He was born March 5, 1985 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Garrett graduated from Central High School and received a B.S. in Business Administration from Southeastern University. His Life revolved around his four children and wife Tiffany. Garrett’s heart was as big as Texas, which is where he ended up settling in. He was a kind, loving, soul and will be truly missed by all who knew him. He leaves behind his children, Nate Scales, Allen Scales, Jason Scales and Brennan Corban; his loving wife Tiffany; parents Hugh and Gina Corban; his brother, Landon Corban; nephews, Jacob Corban and Gavin Corban. Pallbearers include Brandt Corban, Brannon McGraw, Jacob Henson, Ryan Vince, Dustin Eaton, Gene Golson, Nate Scales and Landon Corban. Family and friends are invited to attend the visitation which will be held at Greenoaks Funeral Home on Thursday, October 13, 2016 from 6 pm-8 pm. Visitation will resume on Friday, October 14, 2016 at Zoar Baptist Church from 10 am until funeral services begin at 11 am. Burial will follow in Zoar Baptist Church Cemetery.
