
"And her children rise up and call her blessed." Proverbs 31:28. Born on Oct. 29, 1912, in Sheridan, Ark., Geneva passed away on Saturday, Jan. 22, 2011. Geneva spent many years teaching Bible classes at Istrouma, Douglas Avenue and Foster Road Baptist churches. She was a choir member in the churches she attended and a very talented seamstress-(remember all those wedding and special occasions dresses/suits so professionally made!!). Survived by her children, George Travis Frizzell and wife Joan of Zachary, Sarah Frizzell Nichols and husband James, of Baton Rouge, and Janet Lee Frizzell, of Spring, Texas; grandchildren, James Richard "Dickey" Frizzell and wife Carney, of Slaughter, Randall Scott Frizzell and wife Angie, of Huntsville, Ala., Robert Guy Nichols and wife Yasmin, of Huntington Beach, Calif., and Lee Ann Nichols Aymond and husband James, and Cathryn Kay Nichols Sparks and husband James, all of St. Amant; 11 great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by her husband, Guy Chappell Frizzell; sister, Gwendolyn Love Callison; and grandson, Donald Travis Frizzell. Visitation at Foster Road Baptist Church on Tuesday Jan. 25, from 10 a.m. until service at 1 p.m. Interment in Resthaven Gardens of Memory. Pallbearers will be James Richard Frizzell, Randall Scott Frizzell, Robert Guy Nichols, Caleb James Nichols, Quade Austin Aymond and Travis Randall Rose. Arrangements by Greenoaks Funeral Home.
