Glynn Mayeux

Glynn P. Mayeux (24K COONASS), age 79, of Watson, Louisiana, was born January 7th, 1944 and passed away on January 24th, 2023. Glynn loved hunting, fishing, dancing, and watching his grandkids play sports. He was in the Air Force and is a retired firefighter captain. Glynn is survived by his wife, Deanna Mayeux of Watson, LA; sons, Clay (Heather) and Ward Mayeux of Baton Rouge, LA; grandson, Nicholas Mayeux; stepdaughter, Brenda Dozier (Wayne) of Central, LA; stepson, David LaBorde of Hammond, LA; step grandchildren, Melissa Steele (Chris), Amanda Dozier, Trey LaBorde (Lucy), Cody LaBorde, Corey LaBorde and Tanner LaBorde; step great grandchildren, Christopher Steele, Matthew Steele, Nathan Steele, Emily Steele, and Jameson LaBorde. He was preceded in death by his parents, Louis and Ludy Mayeux; brother, Louis (Pooky) Mayeux Jr; sister, Sandra Deselle; and stepson, James R. Laborde. Visitation will be held at Rabenhorst Funeral Home, 11000 Florida Blvd on Saturday, February 4th, 2023 from 10:00am - 12:00pm with services at 12:00pm. Burial will follow at Greenoaks Funeral Home, 9595 Florida Blvd, Baton Rouge, LA.
