Grace Ellen Bozeman

Grace Kinney Bozeman passed away into the loving arms of our Heavenly Father on February 15, 2017 at the age of 86. She was born February, 8, 1931 to Lota J. and J.G. (Buck) Kinney in Quincy, Florida. She lived most of her young adult life in Jacksonville, FL and graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School in Tampa, FL.While working one summer at Ridgecrest Baptist Assembly in North Carolina she met the love of her life, Robert L. Bozeman. They were married on February 16, 1952. Three daughters enriched their lives. She was a member of the University Baptist Church, the Faith Sunday School class and the Singing Seniors. She was a past Regent of the Baton Rouge DAR Chapter. She worked with Community Concert Association for many years and was the first President of the PTA at Villa del Ray Elementary.Grace is survived by her husband Robert L. Bozeman of Dallas, TX, three daughters, Jane Matthiesen (David) of Dallas, Nancy Cimino (Sam) of Shreveport, LA and Susan Clarke (William) of Dallas, TX, seven grandchildren, Bradley, Kyle (Sarah), Dan (Kelsey) Matthiesen and Sam, Michael (Ileana), Anthony and Maria Cimino and three great grandchildren, Katelynn Matthiesen, Dominic Cimino and Anahi Cimino.

Grace loved her friends and family, was an avid reader, love to needlepoint, travel and had a curiosity for adventure.

Services will be at Greenoaks Funeral Home, 9595 Florida Blvd., Monday, February 20 at 2:00 p.m., visitation from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m.
