Greggory "Greg" Dean McGowan, 53, of Denham Springs, passed away Saturday, May 22, 2010, at Baton Rouge General Medical Center-Bluebonnet. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, son, brother and friend. He will be missed dearly by all those who knew and loved him. A native of Coushatta, Mr. McGowan was a retired ASE certified Ford master auto technician. He was born Jan. 3, 1957, and is survived by his wife of eight years, Joyce Murray McGowan; mother, Bonnie McGowan; father, Jim McGowan; sister, Lolette McGowan; daughters, Emily McGowan, Dena Clifton and husband Tim and Kim Allen and husband Ray; stepchildren, TeeJ Navarre and wife Tamara, Jennifer Arceneaux and husband Ben and Renee Cashio and husband Benn; grandchildren, Camden Allen and Juliann Clifton; and stepgrandchildren, Shelby and Sydney Navarre and Kaitlyn Arceneaux. Visitation will be at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East, 11000 Florida Blvd., Thursday, May 27, from 5 p.m. until memorial service at 7 p.m.
