Hazel Juanita Perry, 83, peacefully passed away on Sun. Jan 22, 2017. “Nita” a devoted wife, loving mother, and caring grandmother, is survived by her husband of 63 years, Robie “Cliff” Perry, her two daughters and their spouses, Debra “DL” Perry and Larry Chumney, and Dora “Rusty” LeBlanc and husband RJ and her grandchildren, Kimberly and Nick Hebert and Michelle “ Nikki” LeBlanc-Guillot and husband, Luke. For many years Nita and Cliff worked side by side and after retirement Nita enjoyed time exploring America with her husband and their fur-babies. She was known for her green thumb and enjoyed working in her flower gardens. She will be remembered for her kind and gentle nature. Special thanks to her caregivers Carol Breen and Merlene.
