Hunter was a “man’s man” who loved to fish and hunt like his father, and he lived his life as a Christian man who was on fire for God. He touched every soul he met with his passion for Christ, and even when things weren’t going in his favor and life got tough, his faith never wavered. He loved his momma more than words can say and he was the true definition of a “momma’s boy”. Hunter was very handsome, inwardly beautiful, intelligent, gregarious, hilarious, a best friend to all, an incredible dancer, and sensitive to a fault. Hunter had a innate ability to never meet a stranger, making a friend for life. Hunter’s eyes shined like sapphire diamonds to match his beautiful heart of gold, and he will truly be missed by all who loved him. We can all rest easy being assured that Hunter is finally home and walking with his Lord and Savior.
The family invites family and friends to the memorial celebrating life in Christ that will be held at Healing Place Church-Annex, Highland Road Campus on Tuesday, June 15, 2021 from 10 a.m. until memorial service at 10:30 a.m. Family and friends are invited to visit www.greenoaksfunerals.com to leave condolences and share memories with Hunter’s family.
John 15:1-8, states, “I am the true vine, and my Father is the gardener. He cuts off every branch in me that bears no fruit, while every branch that does bear fruit he prunes so that it will be even more fruitful. You are already clean because of the word I have spoken to you. Remain in me, as I also remain in you. No branch can bear fruit by itself; it must remain in the vine. Neither can you bear fruit unless you remain in me. “I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing. If you do not remain in me, you are like a branch that is thrown away and withers; such branches are picked up, thrown into the fire and burned. If you remain in me and my words remain in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you. This is to my Father’s glory, that you bear much fruit, showing yourselves to be my disciples.”
