
James Gray Bolton, III, 53, passed away Thursday, July 19, 2012 at his residence. He was deeply loved by his family and friends. He was known by all as a loving, generous and caring man with a kind soul. He worked in the family construction business for many years and was also self-employed. In the most recent years he also helped serve as the primary care-giver for his parents. Gray was a native and life-long resident of Baton Rouge, Louisiana and he attended LSU. He had a strong passion for his garden and enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with his family and friends. He is survived by his mother, Mell Campbell Bolton, father, James Gray Bolton, II, his two sisters, Nancy Bolton Grable, Julie Bolton Falgout and husband, Paul, and two brothers, Matthew Clay Bolton, and wife Karen, and Christopher Campbell Bolton; and nieces and nephews, Clay, Christopher, Daniel and Mary Kate and his girlfriend Brenda Wilson and extended cousins. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Clay and Emma Campbell, Jim and Margaret Bolton, and his brother-in-law, Jay Grable. Gray will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him. Visitation to be held on Monday, July 23, 2012, at Rabenhorst Funeral Home, 825 Government St. from 10:00 AM until religious service at 1:00 PM in the funeral home chapel. Interment in Roselawn Memorial Park, Baton Rouge, LA.
