James E. turner passed away Sunday, April 6, 2014 at the age of 67, a native of Atlanta, Georgia and a long time resident of Central. He was an Army veteran and a Foreman at Turner Industries. He is survived by his daughter Alicia Schmidt, a son Troy A. Turner, grandchildren; Maranda Schmidt, Dalton Schmidt, Matthew Turner and Ben Nelson and one great-grandchild, Abram Nelson. He was preceded in death by his mother, Betty Jo Knight, wife, Judy Lee Turner and son Richard H. Turner. Visitation will be Tuesday, April 8, 2014 at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East 11000 Florida Blvd starting at 5:00pm until 8:00pm. Graveside services will be held Wednesday, April 9, 2014 at 11:00am at Greenoaks Memorial Park. The family wishes to thank the St. Joseph Carpenter House for their loving care.
