Janice Nowlin Baldwin

Funeral service for Mrs. Janice Nowlin Baldwin, 74, Baton Rouge, LA, will be held at 11:00 am Monday, December 2, 2024, at Parkview Baptist Church with Rev. Merlin Liverman and Rev. Mark Elliott officiating. Interment will be in Green Oaks Memorial Park in Baton Rouge, LA. Visitation will be from 10:00 am until service time at Parkview Baptist Church. Mrs. Baldwin was born on August 4, 1950 and passed away on November 24, 2024. She was a librarian for Walker Jr. High and North Corbin Jr. High in Walker LA. Mrs. Baldwin loved the Lord, shopping, LSU sporting events, drinking coffee with friends, spending time with family, especially her grandchildren and great-granddaughter. Mrs. Baldwin was preceded in death by her mother, Hazel Coley Nowlin; father, Henry Nowlin; brother, Jimmy Nowlin; sisters, Shirley Carroll and Carolyn Bahn, and previous husband, Darrell West. Survivors include husband, Jack Baldwin; her sisters, Dorothy Duncan (Charles); sister Evelyn McKoin (Charles); Chris Williamson (Steve), and Toni Elliott (Mark); brother-in-law, Charles Carroll; son, Brian West (Gini); stepdaughters, Belinda Baldwin, Priscilla Rose, and Kim Kunstler; grandchildren, Shelby Gafford (Tony), Brennan West, Sydney West, Isabella Hewitt, Lily Hewitt, Olivia Kunstler, Luca Kunstler, Lieve Kunstler, and Sam Baldwin; great-granddaughter, Claire Gafford; 13 nephews, 3 nieces and a host of great and great-great nephews and nieces.
