John Kenneth Henderson

John "Ken" Henderson, June 13, 1935 – August 29, 2016 a devoted husband, father and pawpaw passed away on Monday, August 29, 2016 at the age of 81. He was retired from Ekato Corp and served in the U.S. Air Force for 4 years. He was a Eucharistic Minister at St. Gerard Catholic Church and taught Sunday school. Visitation will be Friday, September 2, 2016 from 9am until Mass of Christian Burial at 11am at St. Gerard Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Greenoaks Memorial Park. He is survived by, two sons, Patrick Bourg and wife, Jackie, and Brent Bourg and wife, Lisa; six grandchildren, Nikki Plauche and husband, John, Andrea Lalonde and husband Mike, Bronson Bourg, Ashley Bourg, Michael Posey and wife, Tracey, Kristin Bourg and her husband Tyler Smith and Andrew Bourg; five great grandchildren, Brennan and Fisher Lalonde and Salese Bourg, and Bradley Bourg and Gracie Posey; one brother, Jerry Henderson; numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife of fifty years Audrey Henderson, who he spent many years taking care of, his parents Jack and Ruby Henderson and a grandson Justin Bourg. Pallbearers are Mike Lalonde, Michael Posey, David Henderson, Jerry Laurent, Wendell Guidry and Neil Guidry. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation in his honor.
