Judith Anne McIntyre

Judith Anne McIntyre, born in Omaha, NE, on February 12, 1948, passed away peacefully, surrounded by family, in Baton Rouge, LA, on Wednesday, July 19, 2023, at the age of 75. Judith was an avid flower gardener who also enjoyed crocheting and reading. She was a self-sufficient and self-taught mechanic and handy woman that could maintain, build or repair just about anything she wanted to. She truly loved all her family and especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. Judith is survived by her children, Angela Powell (Bo) Ricky Olinde (Sheila), Jeremy Olinde, Jason Olinde (Alesha), Joey Olinde, and Elizabeth Aguillard; grandchildren, Stephanie Powell Simmers (Shane), Steven Powell (Allie), Anna Olinde, Caleb Olinde, Xavier Aguillard, Ian Olinde, McKinley Olinde and Christian Olinde; great-grandchildren, Grayson Powell, Logan Powell, Talia Simmers and Riley Powell; and a host of other loving family members. She is preceded in death by her parents, Gilbert and Dorothy McIntyre; siblings, Linda Benson, Jeanie House, John McIntyre and Geoff McIntyre; and other family members. Visitation will be at Greenoaks Funeral Home, 9595 Florida Blvd., Baton Rouge, LA, on Friday, July 21, 2023, from 10:30am until the time of funeral services at 2pm.
