Katherine"Kitt"Stuart Hall

A wonderful wife, mother, daughter, loyal friend and lifelong resident of Baton Rouge, she died as the result of a tragic automobile accident on Wednesday, June 25, 2008. She was 49. Kit is survived by her husband, Jim Hall; sons, Stuart and Barrett Hall; and daughter, Katherine Hall. She is also survived by her parents, Dotty and Bob Stuart; sister and brother-in-law, Sally and Kenny Morgan; brother and sister-in-law, Rob and Donna Stuart; mother-in-law, Anna Marie Hall; and brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Tom and Nancy Hall, Mimi and Keith Platte, Chris and Cathy Hall, Kitty Hall, Vicki Hall, Hope and Lee Lovegren, Betsy and Charles Patterson, Grady and Greg Morrison, Robin and Drew Patty, Shari and Kirk Norblom, Wendell and James Dumont and David Hall; and numerous, loving nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. She was a graduate of St. Joseph's Academy and LSU. Kit was an active member of St. Aloysius Parish and past chairman of the St. Aloysius Home and School Association. She was an active member of St. Joseph's Academy Mother's Club, Catholic High School Mother's Club, Junior League of Baton Rouge, Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority, including past House Association chairman and Prayerful Always Come Lord Jesus group. She is much loved and remembered by so many for her fun-loving spirit, quick wit and wonderful sense of humor. Kit will never be forgotten and will always be cherished. The Hall and Stuart families feel especially thankful to be blessed with wonderful family and many dear friends. They are appreciative of the huge outpouring of support and love received from so many. Pallbearers will be David James and nephews Christian Hall, Patrick Hall, Drew Hall, Robert Stuart and Philip Stuart. Visitation at St. Aloysius Catholic Church, 2021 Stuart Ave., on Saturday, June 28, from 9 a.m. until Mass of Christian Burial at noon. Graveside service at Roselawn Cemetery, 4045 North St. Donations may be made to St. Aloysius Catholic School, St. Joseph's Academy or Catholic High School.
